Create a Website Account - Manage notification subscriptions, save form progress and more.
To set up a new utility account, customers will need to provide a completed application form, which can be found in our online forms and applications.
Automatic bill pay, online bill pay, and traditional methods of payment are accepted.
Online Utility Billing Payments - The new customer payment portal, https://cityofwhitefish.payacp.com/home, is live as of July 1, 2024. All customers are required to set up a new payment account that will allow you to have automatic payments charged to your credit card or debit card . This is required even if you had a payment account previously. Credit/debit card payments are assessed a convenience fee.
If you are a renter or owner, it is your responsibility to remove your credit card information if you vacate the residence.
Automatic bank withdrawal (ACH) is available at no cost. Please contact the Utility Department to set up your account for ACH.
The City has a $25 fee for returned check and ACH payments (Res: No 20-01). Please note your bank may also charge you a fee for a returned item.
