About
The Architectural Review Standards (PDF) are designed to protect and maintain the character of Whitefish. Staff consults with the Architectural Review Committee for commercial, industrial or public buildings, or triplex, fourplex and multi-family residential projects in city limits. The Committee provides suggestions and recommendations, but the zoning administrator ultimately renders a decisions based on the city zoning regulations. Completed applications submitted to the Planning Office are scheduled for the next available Committee meeting. Applicants and their design professionals are encouraged to attend to facilitate productive meetings. Below are the applications, fee schedule and meeting schedule.
