The Board of Adjustment is formed under 76-2-321, Montana Code Annotated. The Board reviews and acts on all zoning variance requests with the exception of sign variances which are reviewed by the City Council.
Provided you will find the application, fee schedule and past meeting information. The Board meets on an ’as needed’ basis. If you have any questions or would like to visit with a staff member regarding a variance request, please contact the Planning Office at 406-863-2410.
